Inventory eased 2.1% from a year earlier to 6,799 units, and months of supply rose to 3.09 from 3.04 a year earlier. New listings eased 7.7% to 3,899, a sales to new listings ratio of 56.3%. The total residential benchmark price eased 2.1% to $572,500, and days on market lengthened to 37 from 33 a year earlier.

The benchmark home
The benchmark detached home for the city recorded 1,410 square feet above ground on a 4,897 square foot lot, built in 1992. It recorded three bedrooms above ground with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. In the City Centre the benchmark detached home recorded 1,257 square feet above ground on a 5,252 square foot lot, built in 1952.
