Copperfield Park II
Copperfield Park II is a group of apartment buildings under one civic address, 755 Copperpond Boulevard SE, in Copperfield. Casola Koppe is the applicant on the three building permits the City's open data returns for the address. Two of them cover two buildings and 120 homes each, and the third covers one building and 60 homes. The City issued them between October 2013 and June 2014 and closed them between March and September 2015.
The three permits carry 300 homes between them, and the 2026 assessment roll counts 360 at the address. The roll records the land as M-X1, which the City describes as a mixed-use multi-residential designation, primarily for apartment buildings of three and four storeys with commercial storefronts.

Seven listing brokerages describe a titled parking stall, underground for some homes and on the surface for others, and six a storage locker or cage. Two describe the underground parking as heated. Copperfield Park, a separate complex, is at 279 Copperpond Common SE, and Copperfield Park III at 99 Copperstone Park SE.

Copperfield Greenway, a regional park on the City's register, is about 490 metres south. Seton Library is 4.7 kilometres south at 4995 Market Street SE. The nearest CTrain stations, Shawnessy and Canyon Meadows on the Red Line, are both about 10.7 kilometres west. Hotchkiss's boundary is about 240 metres from the buildings and New Brighton's about 930. Of Copperfield's assessment accounts on the 2026 roll, 2,485 date to the 2000s and 3,303 to the 2010s.
