Copperfield Park
Copperfield Park is five buildings of 48 homes each under one civic address, 279 Copperpond Common SE, in Copperfield. Brad Remington Homes is the applicant on the development permit, which the City released in September 2011 for 254 homes in seven buildings over seven phases, on land it records as M-2. Casola Koppe is the applicant on the five building permits the City's open data returns for the address, and Brad Remington Project Management is the contractor on three of them.
The five permits carry 240 homes between them, and the 2026 assessment roll counts the same 240 at the address. The City issued the permits between November 2011 and January 2013 and closed them between July 2012 and June 2015. The City describes M-2 as a multi-residential designation in the developing area, primarily for apartment buildings of four and five storeys.
