Elliston Park

Elliston Park sits at 6224 17 Avenue SE and 1717 60 Street SE, three apartment buildings across two Red Carpet sites. Pointe of View Developments is the applicant and the contractor on both new-build permits. The first covered two apartment buildings at 6224 17 Avenue SE for 214 homes, issued in January 2000 and closed that December. The second covered 1717 60 Street SE for 186 homes, issued in July 2003 and closed in December of the same year.

The 2026 assessment roll counts 214 homes at 6224 and 185 at 1717, dates the first site to 1999 and the second to 2004, and runs both under the M-C2 district. The City's own permit record names the two buildings on the 17 Avenue site Elliston Park 1000 and Elliston Park 2000.

It is the site of the annual GlobalFest fireworks competition, which runs in late August.
