London at Heritage Station
London at Heritage Station is two apartment towers at 8710 and 8880 Horton Road SW, in Haysboro. Westcorp Properties is the applicant and Westcorp the contractor on both building permits. The City issued the permit for 8710 in August 2006 and the permit for 8880 in March 2007, and it closed the two on the same day, September 9 2011.
The permits carry 348 homes at 8710 and 369 at 8880. The 2026 assessment roll counts 347 residential suites at 8710 and 369 at 8880, and it records the land under both towers as C-C2, which the City describes as a community commercial district for developments such as shopping centres that serve several communities.
A parkade in two stages
The City permitted the parkade in two stages. Westcorp holds the first, a permit for a phase 1 and 2 parkade at 8880 that the City issued in October 2007 and closed in February 2013. Abugov Kaspar is the applicant on the second, which closed in April 2015. Four listing brokerages describe a concierge in their remarks, and four a patio or sun terrace on the roof, which one of them places on the 17th floor.
