Panorama Pointe
Panorama Pointe is four apartment buildings under one civic address, 60 Panatella Street NW, in Panorama Hills. Pointe of View Developments is the applicant on all four building permits. The City issued them between June and November 2007 and closed them between November 2008 and February 2011. The 2026 assessment roll records the land as DC, a Direct Control district, which the City describes as a designation with rules specific to one property or development.
Numbered by the thousand
The permits number the buildings 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000. Buildings 1000 and 2000 carry 91 homes each and buildings 3000 and 4000 carry 78 each, which makes 338, and the roll counts 337 at the address. The permit for building 2000 describes a four-storey residential building. Buildings 3000 and 4000 closed first, both in November 2008, building 1000 in December 2009 and building 2000 last, in February 2011. Three listing brokerages describe a titled parking stall, two of them in the underground parkade, and two others a heated underground stall.
