SkyWest
SkyWest is six apartment buildings under one civic address, 155 Skyview Ranch Way NE, in Skyview Ranch, and its listings carry the name Skywest Condominiums. The listing feed also files some SkyWest homes under 4641 128 Avenue NE, a second civic address about 500 metres east, so a listing at either address comes up under the name. NORR Architects Engineers Planners is the applicant on the development permit, which the City released in January 2011 for six buildings and 306 homes on land it records as M-2.
The City issued the six building permits between April 2011 and May 2012 and closed them between June 2012 and June 2013. Truman Homes 1995 is the contractor on all six. NORR applied for the first, for the building the permit calls building 6, and Truman Homes 1995 applied for the other five itself. The permits carry 48, 56, 56, 48, 42 and 56 homes, which makes 306, and the 2026 assessment roll counts the same 306 at the address. The City describes M-2 as a multi-residential designation in the developing area, primarily for apartment buildings of four and five storeys.
Parking and storage
Six listing brokerages mention a storage locker or cage that comes with the home, and four a titled underground stall. Two describe the underground parking as heated.
