Viridian
Viridian is six apartment buildings along Sage Hill Terrace NW, in Sage Hill, at 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 Sage Hill Terrace NW. Trico Homes is the applicant on the building permits for 8, 12, 16 and 24, and Casola Koppe on the permit for 20. The City issued those five between August 2014 and February 2016 and closed them between October 2015 and November 2017. Its open data returns no building permit for 4 Sage Hill Terrace NW.
The five permits carry 61 homes at 8, 43 at 12, 67 at 16, 41 at 20 and 71 at 24. The 2026 assessment roll counts 77 homes at 4 and 360 across the six addresses, and it records the land as M-1, which the City describes as a multi-residential designation in the developing area, primarily for apartment buildings of three and four storeys.

The permits for 8 to 16 describe four-storey buildings, and those for 20 and 24 three-storey ones, with a parkade below grade at 24. Two listing brokerages describe a titled underground stall, and two bike storage in the building.
What is around it
Sage Hill Library is about 920 metres west of 4 Sage Hill Terrace NW. Sage Hill Natural Area, which the City files as a district park, is about 720 metres northeast. Kincora's boundary is about 475 metres away and Evanston's about 640. Of Sage Hill's assessment accounts on the 2026 roll, 4,429 date to the 2010s and 2,240 to the 2020s.
