Seton

Brookfield's community beside the South Health Campus, whose site the City set aside in 2004.

Seton sits in the city's southeast between Deerfoot Trail on the west, 212 Avenue on the south, 52 Street on the east and Seton Boulevard on the north. The City's 2004 area structure plan set aside land here for a regional health care facility, and the South Health Campus began opening in 2012; Brookfield Residential develops the community around it. The City's 2026 assessment roll dates more than half of today's residential parcels to the years since 2020, and the Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton, with a public library inside, opened in 2019.
