Springbank Hill

Acreage land on the west edge, planned in 1997, where the West LRT line ends at 69 Street.

Springbank Hill sits on Calgary's west edge, with 17 Avenue SW on its north and 69 Street SW on its east, and Stoney Trail SW wraps the west and the south. The land joined the city in the 1995 annexation, and the City planned it in 1997 as the first of five communities for East Springbank, on acreages of about two hectares each. The Springbank Hill Area Structure Plan of June 13 2017 governs it today, and the 69 Street CTrain station sits in its north-east corner.
